The infrared sauna

Originally from Japan, the infrared sauna stands out for its unique heating system, which uses infrared radiation!

The name might sound a bit "technical", but the practice is actually 100% natural. Infrared waves—whose frequency is lower than visible light—are completely harmless and offer numerous health benefits.

In terms of how it works, when infrared rays come into contact with the skin, atoms and molecules begin to move. This release of energy is what we perceive as heat, allowing us to experience all the benefits… and there are many!

5 reasons to try it!

* Because you probably need a little boost right now. The sauna strengthens the immune system, promotes detoxification, and improves blood circulation.

* Because besides being incredibly relaxing, it’s also great for your skin. It enhances cell renewal, aids deep tissue healing, fights imperfections, and restores your skin’s natural glow!

* Because by boosting your metabolism, the sauna helps eliminate fat… And with it, the toxins that love to accumulate there.

* Because it’s time to slow down. The gentle, prolonged heat of the sauna reduces stress and tension—sometimes even relieving back pain—and can significantly improve sleep quality.

* Because you deserve it. Period
